We are proud to be partnering with one of Europe’s largest automotive retailers who are looking to appoint a Multi-Site HR Manager on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position and multi-site role with travel to Nottingham and Sheffield, with hybrid working and a salary of £37,000 per annum.
This role is perfect for a candidate looking for a step up into a Managerial position. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR generalist experience and must have a full UK driving license.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Interacting with managers and colleagues across your region and be seen as a key part of the business
2. Consulting with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
3. Managing and resolving complex colleague relations issues and working with management to help to conduct effective, thorough and objective processes
4. Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of colleagues, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
5. Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle across all levels of roles
6. Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development and disciplinary actions)
7. Working closely with managers and colleagues to improve working relationships, build/maintain morale and increase productivity and retention
8. Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation with support of the Divisional Head of HR (DHOHR) and Divisional HR
9. Providing guidance and practical support of restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
10. Participating in the design, implementation, evaluation and monitoring of training programmes
Skills, knowledge and experience required:
11. Good generalist HR experience
12. Full UK Driving License
13. Coaching stakeholders on complex ER cases
14. Providing first line HR advice to stakeholders
15. Recruitment of roles which vary in seniority
