About the Role
A Platinum Investors in People employer and an award‑winning UK bank is looking for a Customer Communications Systems Analyst to join our Application Support team. The role reports to the Application Support Lead and involves working closely with staff across the group.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Reporting directly to the Application Support Lead and working closely with other members of the Application Support team.
* Interacting with colleagues across the group.
* Investigating and remediating issues that arise in supported applications.
* Creating and maintaining documentation to aid understanding and day‑to‑day issue resolution for supported applications.
* Working tickets from customers, ensuring requests are understood and customers receive the right outcome.
* Acting as a routine contact point for customers to handle or resolve requests and queries.
* Supporting coworkers on organisational contacts, processes and business relations.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
* Application support skills.
* Requirements definition and management experience.
* Programming/software development skills.
* Data management experience.
* Customer service experience.
* Strong interpersonal abilities, with excellent written and oral communication.
* Effective critical thinking skills, with an emphasis on logical reasoning.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* The ability to work under pressure, take initiative and prioritise workload.
* A flexible approach, able to deliver results within tight deadlines when needed.

Working Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, hybrid role.
