Key Responsibilities
* Assess the needs and risks relating to children and families and develop effective safeguarding plans
* Undertake safeguarding enquiries and statutory assessments
* Work closely with multi-agency partners to coordinate protective interventions
* Monitor and review cases, updating plans to improve outcomes
* Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case records
* Prepare reports for case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings
* Advocate for children and families and support informed decision-making
