Service Manager - Supported Accommodation (Bromley)
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Service Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality supported accommodation service for young people across Bromley.
In this role, you will work closely with Bromley Council, housing associations, landlords, and other key partners to ensure safe, compliant, and effective service delivery across six sites. You will lead a dedicated team, including Senior Progression Coaches, Progression Coaches, and a Housing Management Worker, supporting young people with complex needs on their pathway to independent living.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the safe and effective delivery of supported accommodation services
* Lead, manage, and support a multi-disciplinary team across dispersed sites
* Ensure strong safeguarding practices, health & safety compliance, and building standards
* Manage budgets, rental income, and voids to meet financial and contractual KPIs
* Deliver high‑quality performance reporting, including KPI tracking and contract compliance
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local agencies and stakeholders
* Promote a trauma‑informed, outcome‑focused approach to supporting young people
About You:
* Proven experience managing services, ideally within supported housing or similar settings
* Strong background working with young people with complex needs (e.g. mental health, substance use)
* Experience in performance management, KPI reporting, and contract delivery
* Skilled in safeguarding, risk assessments, and support planning
* Confident managing teams, partnerships, budgets, and multiple sites
* Highly organised, proactive, and committed to continuous service improvement

* Experience managing teams across multiple locations
