As a Calibration and Logistics Administrator, you'll support the delivery of calibration services, manage logistics activities, and ensure customers receive first-class service across equipment, accessories, and repairs.
Your responsibilities as a Calibration and Logistics Administrator:
Deliver calibrations for portable measuring arms and scanning systems.
Configure systems and complete pre-delivery testing for technical products.
Coordinate shipping, logistics, returns, and loan equipment.
Provide customer support, including quotations and accessory supply.
Liaise with suppliers regarding status updates, returns, and loan units.
Maintain organised records and support day-to-day operational activities.
Your current experience which will help you a Calibration and Logistics Administrator:
Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Analytical approach with the ability to interpret technical data and graphs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Collaborative mindset with the willingness to support colleagues in a small team.
Previous experience in a technical, engineering, or logistics environment is beneficial but not essential.
What you can expect as a Calibration and Logistics Administrator:
Salary up to £27,000, dependent on experience.
