Contentious Probate Lawyer
Location: Bristol
NQ - 2 PQE This Legal 500 and multi office practice in Bristol is looking for a Contentious Probate Lawyer to join their highly ranked team.
Within this role you would be responsible for a case load of varied litigated cases relating to a wide range of contentious probate, trusts and Inheritance Act claims as well as some cohabitation disputes.
The ideal candidate for this role will be NQ - 2 PQE with the ability to manage their own case load, build lasting relationships with clients and have prior experience within contentious probate.
You will be responsible for your own cases but will also have the opportunity to assist on high value, complex claims.
This role is ideal for either an NQ with experience and a passion for contentious probate, or maybe for a junior lawyer with experience in this field that is looking for a position in which they can progress.
