The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dedicated team in Bath. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring each interaction is a positive one.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries across email, live chat, social media, and telephony channels
* Take ownership of enquiries, from product information to complaints, ensuring first-time resolution wherever possible
* Improve customer satisfaction by following queries through to resolution
* Call customers to book installations, explain processes, and answer questions
* Support process improvements across the customer care team and wider business
* Share knowledge with colleagues and maintain up-to-date information in our systems

The Ideal Candidate
About you: we’re looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong background in customer service. You’ll need to be an excellent communicator, problem solver, and someone who can remain calm and empathetic in every situation.
* Previous B2C customer service experience (call centre, retail, or customer support)
* Experience resolving complaints professionally and efficiently
* Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to simplify complex topics for customers
* Great listening skills and an empathetic approach
* A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
