Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for cleanliness and team management? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager to join our team and take charge of maintaining high standards across our facilities.
15 hours per week with scope for increasing hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
Manage and train a team of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure hygiene and compliance
Schedule and allocate workloads, managing supplies and equipment
Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure satisfaction
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for cleaning staff
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory cleaning role (2+ years preferred)
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Knowledge of health & safety regulations and COSHH standards
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work outside normal hours when necessary
Must have own transport
