Key Skills * Strong knowledge of drainage systems, equipment, and working methods * Excellent organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment * Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure * Confident in learning and implementing new processes * Full UK driving licence (plumbing NVQ and water jetting qualifications preferred) Duties * Managing and supporting a team of drainage engineers * Ordering materials, raising quotations, and liaising with suppliers * Supervising works on-site and ensuring quality standards * Handling client inquiries, updates, and job bookings through live systems * Coordinating with CCTV survey teams and managing client portals * Implementing processes to improve operational efficiency * Overseeing drainage reactive and planned works, monitoring progress, and providing technical support * Liaising with clients regularly and assisting with escalations, including occasional out-of-hours support * Conducting site visits, audits, and vehicle inspections Benefits * Company car/van, fuel card, phone * Private healthcare * Pension scheme
