WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
1. Analyse the local market for all product categories, to have a complete knowledge of the opportunities and the threats for Panasonic, including competitors product (specs and features), price, channel of distribution, and promotional activities
2. Prepare the Business-Plan, setup product pricings, and maintain pricing quarterly in cooperation with the Planning team.
3. Plan and manage the marketing budgets by considering the return (sales) and Investments.
4. Propose, realize and control all necessary marketing activities, and ensure they are in line with the business direction.
5. Recommend different activities needed to realize the BP sales to the customers, and follow them up with KPI’s.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly reports of the activities to European HQ and Country Manager.
7. Ensure the monitoring of regulations & technologies on the market relevant to the business.
8. Represent Panasonic brand and position in compliance with Panasonic strategy.
9. Lead and develop the local marketing team, and collaborate closely with other local and international departments as needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
10. Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
11. 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field
12. Experience working in a B2B environment
13. Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise
14. Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
15. Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
16. Ability to apply financial or technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
17. Very strong communication and negotiation skills
