We're hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling Scandinavian SaaS company that's redefining how global businesses manage supplier relationships. Their intelligent platform helps procurement and supply chain teams work smarter - delivering actionable insights, improving compliance, and driving more sustainable and resilient supplier networks.
Now expanding across EMEA, the company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate top-of-funnel growth and support a high-performing sales engine.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for an experienced SDR, that thrives in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment and wants to build their sales career in the tech sector.
The Opportunity
You'll play a crucial role in generating qualified opportunities - identifying and engaging ideal customers, sparking meaningful conversations with decision-makers, and fuelling a healthy sales pipeline for the Account Executive team.
You'll be part of a collaborative commercial function that values precision over volume and supports continuous learning and growth.
Eventual progression to AE is achievable for SDRs that consistently perform and show willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively prospect into target accounts via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
Build high-quality lead lists based on account fit, buyer personas, and signal data
Qualify inbound prospects through initial conversations before booking discovery calls
Collaborate closely with Account Executives on territory planning and outreach strategy
Use CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. HubSpot, ZoomInfo) to manage activity
Feedback on messaging, lead quality, and market trends to support GTM improvement
What You'll Bring
1-3 years' experience in an SDR or BDR role, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
Consistent track record of meeting KPIs and booking qualified meetings
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior stakeholders
Skilled at using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot
Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
Curious, coachable, and looking to be part of a supportive, scaling sales team
