Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality and Compliance Officer to support and maintain regulatory standards across our service. This role is key in ensuring our operations remain compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with best practice and legislation. Key Responsibilities Carrying out initial assessments and preparing detailed, person-centred care plans Ensuring the office is compliant in care delivery, government regulations, legislation, and company policies/business model Undertaking audits and reviewing the overall level of compliance within the service Ensuring the office is always inspection-ready for any visits from regulators or local authorities Filling in temporarily for either the Field Care Supervisor (FCS) or Care Coordinator (CC) when required Carrying out spot checks to ensure Field Care Supervisors are maintaining company policies, procedures, and systems Additional Duties Monitor and improve quality assurance systems Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Support staff with compliance-related training and guidance Maintain accurate records and documentation Requirements Experience in a domiciliary care setting Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations Experience in auditing, compliance, or quality assurance Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to support operational roles when needed What We Offer Competitive salary Ongoing training and development Supportive working environment Opportunity to progress within a growing organisation Interested?
