The Principal Engineer (Unified Communications) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management, optimisation, and implementation of unified communications (UC) systems across the organisation, serving as a senior advisor, offering insights and guidance to senior management while supporting the day-to-day operational needs.

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills & Competencies:
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* Experience managing unified communications systems, such as Microsoft Teams and VoIP.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver small to medium-scale projects on time and within budget.
* Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to communication platforms.
