Lead local change activities including kick-offs, enablement sessions, and readiness assessments. Ensure alignment and consistent messaging across related transformation programmes (PLM360, S4E, etc.). Implement feedback loops and contribute to continuous OCM methodology improvements. Establish and lead a Business-Area-specific Change Network aligned with global programme structures. Support, coach, and empower Change Network members and local change champions. Develop Key Ambassadors into effective Change Agents with clear objectives and tailored support. Identify impacted stakeholders, assess readiness, and understand adoption risks. Engage senior leaders and influence them to promote change advocacy. Conduct stakeholder analyses to shape communication and impact-assessment activities. Adapt programme-level OCM and communication strategies to suit SGT-specific needs. Validate existing communication plans and produce localised messaging where required. Ensure messaging remains clear, consistent, and aligned across all transformation initiatives. Work closely with OCM and Training Coordinators to track progress and alignment. Identify risks early, support mitigation planning, and maintain the project risk register. Define and monitor key OCM KPIs for effectiveness and continuous improvement.
