Are you a Senior BIM Lead or similar with a background in AutoCAD looking to progress into a management position in a industry leading design consultancy leading and growing a talented team whilst taking lead on large multi-million pound projects in the heart of London?
On offer is the opportunity to join a growing consultancy delivering projects ranging from small refurbishments to large housing, education, and commercial developments. You will play a key role in ensuring all drawings, models, and design information meet the highest technical and quality standards, working closely with engineers in Croydon and the Manila office to deliver coordinated, accurate, and timely outputs.
This role will involve managing multiple projects and two teams, one in the UK and one based in the Philippines. You will be leading the design work, delegating work to both teams and ensuring that all work is progressing well.
This role would suit a Senior BIM Lead or similar with a background in AutoCAD looking to work for a leading company in the building services design space who are looking to grow as a company and can provide progression, training and the opportunity to work on impressive projects in iconic buildings all over London.
The Role:
Allocating and reviewing CAD work between Croydon and Manila teams
Managing drawings, models, work sets, and sheets to company standards
Ensuring QA, BIM compliance, and document control procedures are followed
