Job Title – Marketing Co-ordinator - 12 month FTC
Location – Clevedon
Main responsibilities
* Overseeing the development of new product business leads using sources such as ABI, Lead Forensics, Tender websites, etc.
* Generating forecasting reports to support the Sales team
* Maintaining the data in the CRM database
* Organising and managing CPD / training sessions offered to designer and specifier customers; liaising with customers and the sales and applications teams; setting up Teams sessions through the Dynamics events system; recording and reporting results
* Organising and running the Teams webinar function for scheduled webinars
* Stock management of literature and promotional gifts
* Supporting the Marketing Manager with organising live events
* Managing the registered users of the Online Design Tool on a day-to-day basis
Competence & Qualifications
* Experience in a product and services sales environment
* Experience with databases and data inputting (preferred but not essential)
* IT literate; good working knowledge of core Microsoft Office software
* Excellent knowledge of the Dynamics CRM system
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Teams webinar function
* Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
* Accuracy and attention to detail; excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; good time management and planning skills
* Research skills
Key duties
* Lead development using resources such as ABI, tender sites, Lead Forensics, trade news, etc., to develop new product and services business leads in defined industry sectors (Rail, Highways, Residential, Wastewater, Industrial) and disseminate project status to the sales team
* Review and maintain the contact and lead project database; input, edit and amend data in the CRM
* Ensure timely data updates and liaise with staff to maintain data accuracy
* Research and verify data via internet and telephone
* Verify new company profiles, contacts and approve on database
* Update data from hard copy and electronic sources; process data amendments following mailings and events
* CRM data maintenance and cleansing; handle duplicates, mergers, rebranding etc.
* Act as main point of contact for CRM content queries and support
* Administer user registrations for product design tools; administer CPD/training sessions and webinars; manage promotional literature stock; coordinate media data for journals; assist in organizing external events
