About the Role
Looking for a flexible part-time role alongside your studies? We're recruiting a Customer Support Specialist to join our friendly Service team in Manchester.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person, helping with queries and making sure every customer receives a helpful, friendly, and efficient service.
The role also has an administrative focus, supporting the team with routine processes, keeping records up to date, and ensuring the smooth running of daily customer interactions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and administration, while building skills that will benefit your future career.
Key Responsibilities
· Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
· Logging and maintaining customer information accurately in company systems
· Scheduling appointments and liaising with engineers to confirm details
· Supporting the team with admin tasks such as processing service requests and preparing documents
· Assisting with basic product queries and escalating technical issues to the right team member
· Delivering excellent customer service and representing the Quooker brand positively
Skills & Qualities We're Looking For
· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
· Clear, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal)
· A positive, approachable attitude with a focus on helping people
· Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage your time effectively
· A proactive team player, willing to support colleagues
· Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
No prior office experience is required; we'll provide training and support.
