Flexi Conveyancer / Case Handler
Location: Liverpool, L2 2PP (office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH)
Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00
Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
Salary: Up to £29k base p/a + bonus
Join our supportive, sociable and ambitious team as a Flexi Conveyancer. You’ll provide vital cover across our New Build or Residential teams, picking up live caseloads when colleagues are on leave or during busy periods. Rather than managing your own assigned files, you’ll support others and enjoy greater variety in your day-to-day work - all while earning a generous, performance-based bonus.
What You’ll Do:
* Step into live caseloads across Residential or New Build conveyancing teams
* Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
* Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our CMS
* Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries/concerns
* Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback
What We’re Looking For:
* Ideally broad conveyancing experience across both Residential and New Build cases - happy to consider Senior Conveyancing Assistants who are eager to take on their own caseloads and with experience of the end-to-end conveyancing transaction!
* Adaptability and confidence working with unfamiliar caseloads, with the ability to use your own initiative
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
* Familiar with case management systems (Proclaim a plus)
* Passionate about delivering great service and achieving results
