What You’ll Do
* Drive engagement through high-volume outbound and inbound customer interactions – including calls, emails, and messages – to increase lift across our sales channels
* Generate new and repeat sales by delivering excellent customer service and showcasing deep knowledge of our sales platforms
* Achieve and exceed sales goals for Marketplace-E, while identifying cross‑selling opportunities to maximize value
* Educate customers on equipment, auction processes, and the benefits of working with RB
* Maintain accurate records in our sales and customer database to ensure smooth follow‑up and reporting
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery

Excellent networking and communication skills as well as excellent organization and verbal communications skills are key in this position. Above all you have the highest level of customer‑centric thinking and a strong ability to create value‑adding and win‑win relationships. Having a strong connection with or knowledge of construction equipment will make it easier for you to understand our customers.
* 2+ years of experience in account management and inside sales, including direct negotiation with clients
* Experience within an international company with various cultures
* Professional level in English (other languages preferred)
