Key Responsibilities • Advertise available properties across multiple platforms - websites, social media, property portals, and local marketing. • Write engaging property listings, including detailed descriptions and high-quality photos. • Host viewings and ensure properties are presented to a high standard. • Handle enquiries and manage the viewing process from first contact to follow-up. • Screen potential tenants (credit checks, references, affordability, and suitability). • Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants with clarity and fairness. • Prepare tenancy agreements in line with legal requirements and company standards. • Ensure all documentation is complete, signed, and legally compliant. • Act as the main point of contact for tenants throughout the lettings process. • Handle tenant queries, concerns, and complaints professionally. • Maintain compliance with all relevant landlord-tenant laws, including health & safety. • Build strong, lasting relationships with both tenants and landlords. • Resolve disputes efficiently and respectfully to protect client relationships. • Provide excellent customer service to strengthen the company's market reputation. What You'll Need Essential: • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal • Strong customer service mindset • Confident negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Understanding of Scottish property law, landlord obligations, and tenant rights Desirable: • Experience with SME systems (e.g., Reapit Bookings) • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ARLA, Letwell) • Property industry experience in a high-performance setting What You'll Get • Starting salary: £28,000 (dependent on experience) • Bonus scheme (PTE: £2,400) • 28 days annual leave • A culture that recognises and rewards effort and achievement • Quarterly company meetups and a values-led team environment
