The Company
This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment business focusing on international hires into mainly Europe and North America. They are early-stage funded clients up to stock market listed clients, and you would have access to top-scale brands, collaborating across the business and traveling to meet clients internationally. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, with a strong focus on organic stable growth and strong client partnerships, including communities, face-to-face events, and close work with the events and marketing teams.
The Role
You will be hiring IT professionals in Europe. There is a huge opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. This desk is primarily permanent, but consideration will be given to candidates transitioning from contract roles in relevant markets. The company is also interested if you'd like to focus on a very senior market, as they have an executive search division working on retained assignments.
The Package
* Senior Recruitment Consultants are paid a basic salary of 30-40k
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission pays 20% to 30% over a 6k threshold, even on existing client accounts
* 4 days in the office per week, 1 day from home

The Requirements
* Experience in 360 recruitment with proven success in acquiring clients
* Likely more than 2 years of recruitment experience
* Experience hiring internationally is ideal
* Must currently reside in the UK with reasonable travel access to the office
* IT recruitment experience is required
* Experience using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement tools is preferred
* Willingness to travel to Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
