Key Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for financial reporting and controls for the firms flagship fund
* Ownership of audit, IFRS reporting, treasury and governance activities.
* Leadership of a high‐performing finance team and oversight of global service providers.
* Senior finance support to the business, including fund launches and process improvement initiatives.
About You
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with senior‐level post‐qualification experience.
* Strong background in infrastructure, fund finance, investment management or listed environments.
* Technically strong, commercially aware and comfortable operating in a high‐profile, complex setting.
* Confident leader with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and take end‐to‐end ownership.
