The closing date is 28 May 2026

Our Community Nursing Teams in the Poole North Locality are looking for motivated, enthusiastic Band 5 Community Staff Nurses to join their team. We seek dynamic, self‑motivated individuals who wish to provide a high standard of nursing care to people in their own homes.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available. The part-time post is 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility on hours. Part‑time applicants may be considered for a job‑sharing arrangement to fulfil a full‑time role. Post holders may be required to work flexibly to meet service needs, covering weekends, late shifts and bank holidays pro rata.

Successful candidates must be able to drive and have access to a car.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the Trust. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service may present a valid DBS certificate instead of a new check.

Visa sponsorship for this role is not available. Applicants must hold valid right to work in the UK and will not require sponsorship if successful.
