The Role
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who have positive behaviour management skills, able to work on an ad-hoc basis covering absence, SEN support and Intervention support.
Long-Term Teachers are proud to put your preferences at the forefront of the opportunities available; there are chances of working within EYFS, KS1 and KS2 classrooms.
Most positions are Full-Time TA positions, but we also have work on a Supply basis.
* Have positive behaviour management techniques.
* Communicate clearly with staff members.
* Work closely with the Class Teacher to understand who to provide additional support to.
* Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
* Hold high expectations of the pupils' achievements.
* Follow school safeguarding policies.
