What does the role involve?
In a modern, well-equipped environment with a multidisciplinary approach to care, you will champion best practices in patient management and ensure that clinic staff are recruited, supported, and appraised appropriately.
Participating in budget planning, monitoring supplies, and maintaining Quality Management Systems, you will play an important role in ensuring the clinic is compliant with standards and performing effectively.
We are looking for an NMC Registered Nurse with solid post-registration experience, including significant exposure to haemodialysis, and outstanding administrative, organizational, and clinical skills.
Additionally, you will have experience managing others, counseling patients, and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission.

Hull Renal Unit operates 40 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 176 patients. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week. Current shifts are between 06:00 – 22:30, Monday to Saturday.
