* Lead structural design and analysisfor telecommunication towers, monopoles, guyed structures, and platforms, including steel and FRP materials.
* Serve as the technical leadfor the structural discipline on cross-functional projects, including estimation, project planning, and execution.
* Conduct detailed engineering calculationsusing advanced design software and finite element analysis.
* Ensure compliance with relevant codes including the TIAand/or CSA.
* Manage structural design deliverables and coordinate with clients, fabricators, vendors, and internal engineering disciplines.
* Review site assessments, inspections, and field assessments
* Prepare and review proposals, scope documents, and cost estimates.
* Mentor junior engineering staff and help build technical capabilities across the team.
* Support the integration of computational designtools and improve workflows between analytical and graphical modeling.
* Collaborate with internal teams across North America to ensure alignment and project delivery.
* Travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S. for project execution and client engagement.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
* P.Eng. designationwith the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) required.
* 10+ years of structural engineering experience, with emphasis on telecommunications towers and utility poles.
* Experiencewith relevant codes including the TIAand/or CSA.
* Proven experience designing monopoles, guyed towers, and self-support structuresfor telecom applications.
* Strong grasp of structural principles, dynamic loads, wind and ice loading, and industry standards.
* Expertise in structural modeling, design codes, and construction detailing.
* Strong client-facing communication and technical reporting skills.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel when required.
* Experience with light industrial or infrastructure-related projects.
