We are recruiting for a Wellbeing Co-Ordinator to support the delivery of key wellbeing projects within a dynamic office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in wellbeing, project coordination, or staff support who enjoys working collaboratively.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting and coordinating the delivery of various wellbeing projects
2. Responding to wellbeing project referrals and staff referrals in line with relevant processes
3. Promoting and raising awareness of wellbeing in the workplace
4. Proactively working with and reporting to the Management Team
5. Developing detailed project plans and delivering agreed actions successfully
6. Working effectively with internal staff and key stakeholders
7. Maintaining accurate records to support staff and assist with monitoring performance and evaluations
We would love to see your CV if you have the following:
8. Proven experience working within wellbeing, staff support, or related project roles
9. Strong organisational and communication skills
10. Confident working with a range of stakeholders
11. Proactive, empathetic, and highly professional
12. Ability to speak Welsh is desirable
This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 4 - 6 months offering the flexibility of hybrid working and based in modern offices near the historic university city of Bangor Gwynedd easily accessible from the A55.
In exchange you will receive a competitive annual salary per annum pro – rata depending on skills and experience, plus accrued holiday pay .
