We are seeking proactive and organized individuals to join our Engineering Service Scheduling and Equipment Installations team. The role involves providing administrative and customer service support to our dental customers. You will manage customer expectations and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely scheduling of dental engineers and equipment requests. These fast-paced roles require individuals with keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative work ethic.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Answer emails and calls from dental customers and suppliers, resolving engineering support queries and processing equipment requests.
* Manage scheduling diaries efficiently, considering geographical and time considerations for engineers.
* Schedule planned maintenance to ensure equipment compliance with manufacturer standards.
* Coordinate with teams for deliveries and installation of dental equipment.
* Assist with invoicing, including raising quotations and resolving client issues or complaints.
* Manage multiple inboxes, provide customer timelines, and maintain up-to-date information across systems.
* Work towards service group KPI targets related to revenue, breakdown attendance, and communication.
* Serve as the first point of contact for engineering support via phone.
* Raise breakdown cases in the Microsoft CRM Field One system, assign to engineers, and update customers.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring satisfaction.
* Respond knowledgeably to questions about our products and services.
* Ensure customers receive all documentation and reports post-engineer visits for compliance purposes.
