Are you passionate about education and detail-oriented with a flair for organisation? Hartpury University is seeking a proactive and collaborative individual to join our higher education academic registry team as an Officer: Curriculum Records Management.

In this pivotal role, you’ll will:

1. Support the development, approval, and review of the curriculum, helping to shape its future direction.
2. Work closely with academic colleagues, providing advice on curriculum records and development procedures.
3. Ensure curriculum records are accurate, accessible, and aligned with sector standards.
4. Play a key role in delivering inclusive, high-quality education that prepares students for real-world success.
5. Assist with enrolment, graduation, and committee and meeting administration as part of the wider Academic Registry team.

About You

6. Experience of working within a busy administrative role in an HE institution or comparable large, complex organisation
7. Knowledge of HE curriculum and student records systems is desirable
8. Demonstrable interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly
9. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel
10. Excellent communication and organisational skills
