About the Role
* Supporting pupils across mixed-age classes, ranging from 4 to 19 years old
* Supporting students with complex needs, which may include social, emotional and behavioural challenges
* Helping to maintain a structured, nurturing and safe learning environment
* Encouraging independence, resilience and positive engagement in learning
Due to the complexity of the setting, this role would suit a Teaching Assistant who is:
* Experienced in working within specialist or alternative provisions
* Confident supporting a broad range of ages and abilities
* Calm, patient and adaptable in fast-changing situations
* Comfortable working within creative and practical learning environments
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
