Primary responsibilities
* Coordinate with hauliers and 3PL warehouses to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders
* Arrange UK, European, and international shipments using approved carriers
* Prepare accurate dispatch and export documentation
* Monitor and support key performance indicators such as OTIF
* Manage logistics-related complaints and provide customer responses
* Raise haulier purchase orders and resolve payment queries
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar transport or logistics planning role
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical abilities
* Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with M3 ERP system is advantageous (training will be provided)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
