Senior Site Engineer - Sizewell C Highways Project (Contract)
A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a Senior Site Engineer to join the major highways infrastructure team on the Sizewell C project. We are working with a Tier 1 contractor to secure a high-calibre engineer for this long-term contract. This is a chance to be a key player on one of the UK's most significant civil engineering schemes.
The Role:
Take a leading role in setting out and quality control for all aspects of the highways and associated civils works.
Manage a team of junior engineers on-site, providing guidance and technical expertise.
Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, health and safety standards, and environmental protocols.
Collaborate with the client, design consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges.
Oversee key project elements such as the new Sizewell Link Road and other site access infrastructure.
What We're Looking For:
A proven track record as a Site Engineer, with extensive experience in major highways or infrastructure projects.
A thorough understanding of setting out, surveying, and civil engineering processes.
A civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
Valid CSCS card and preferably SMSTS.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, complex project environment.
Day Rate: £400 CIS
