Summary Of The Role
The Head of Housekeeping is in charge of the overall cleanliness and appearance of the home. You will lead the domestic and laundry team to maintain a clean and odour‑free environment for the residents. This role involves orchestrating staff deployment, ensuring vacant rooms are spotless, dressed appropriately, and ready for viewings.
About You
* Experienced in a similar role or many years of commercial cleaning experience, preferably in a care setting.
* Able to manage, organise and motivate a team.
* Knowledge of care regulations, Health and Safety, Infection Control & COSHH.
* Good communication skills and able to document work.
* Conscientious about the appearance of the home.
Job Types: Part Time / Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £14.50 - £15 per hour
