Leicester is the heart of our Talent Delivery engine, and we are looking for Consultants to join us on our journey. Responsibilities:
-Building a strong pipeline of candidates and liaising with them on a regular basis to determine their requirements and skillsets.
-High volume CV reviewing.
-Using social media to promote vacancies and source new candidates.
-Interviewing candidates by telephone/face-to-face/video.
-Identifying potential leads.
-Managing vacancies including advertising roles, managing the response, updating candidates and post-placement after care.
-Preparing and supporting candidates throughout the interview process
-Working and liaising with internal teams to enable effective operations for candidate experience.
-Taking responsibility for your personal brand and LinkedIn profile, including writing market or staffing specific content.
-Assisting with ad-hoc projects
-Ensuring the recruitment process enhances the candidate experience and perception of our business.
-All support and administration required in the delivery of recruitment and resourcing support to the business.
-Ensuring compliance with organisational policy and procedures related to the end-to-end delivery process.
-Consistently cover roles within the set SLAs.
-Independently resolve objections and issues throughout the candidate journey, pushing back on candidates when appropriate.
