Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a 1st Line IT Support specialist at our Reading location. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting our clients. The role also involves handling help desk support tasks and offering information technology assistance to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Experience within an MSP Business
* Worked within a Help Desk enviroment
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are a plus
* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
