A bit about the job: As a Senior Business Analyst within Group Enterprise Technology (GET), you'll play a key role in supporting one of our network transformation programmes. The role exists to help deliver strategic IT and business change by ensuring business goals are clearly understood and translated into high-quality requirements. You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, contributing from pre-inception through to delivery. You'll be accountable for shaping initiatives, assessing impacts, and ensuring customer needs remain at the heart of decision-making.
