Our Client, A Large Public Sector Organisation based in Portstewart require a Customer Services Administrator to join their team.
Location : Portstewart
Hours of work : 20 hrs per week
Hourly Rate : 1-12 weeks £ 13 weeks £
Main Duties :
1. To provide an effective reception service at Flowerfield Arts Centre and to provide administrative and clerical support to the Cultural Services team.
2. Ensure that the department complies with all statutory and legislative requirements by adhering to these requirements and working in accordance with good governance and health and safety requirements.
3. Ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that general confidentiality is maintained in all areas relating to the work of the Council.

Essential Criteria :
4. A minimum of four GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent, to include English Language.
AND
5. A minimum of one year's customer services experience to include the following:
6. receiving and transferring telephone calls;
7. communicating face to face with facility visitors and customers, providing excellent customer services;
8. responding to customer queries, concerns or complaints in accordance with facility guidance and procedures;
9. coordinating room bookings, arranging equipment and organising catering;
10. coordinating mail and deliveries;
11. cash handling.
OR
12. Alternatively, consideration will be given to applicants who do not possess the required educational qualification outlined above but can demonstrate, by providing personal and specific examples that they have at least two years' customer services experience to include the areas (a)-(f) outlined above.
PLUS
13. One year's experience of using Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel and Outlook.
