We're thrilled to announce an outstanding opportunity for a Controller/Planner to join our client's dynamic team based in Redhill.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and organize daily and future bookings using the controll system, ensuring accurate resourcing and timely communication with subcontractors, taxi services, and volunteers as needed.
2. Primarily focus on dispatching and managing operational crews to ensure efficient patient collection and delivery between destinations, meeting contractual targets.
3. Handle patient transport requests and inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism, in line with service procedures and standing orders.
4. Perform general clerical tasks, including checking booking lists, data entry, and completing necessary forms/invoices.
5. Uphold and improve the quality of service provided to patients and customers.
6. Respond promptly and effectively to all incoming telephone calls, taking appropriate action and liaising with external agencies such as GP's, Nursing Homes, and Hospital Clinics.
7. Maintain smooth patient flow across control areas through effective communication with colleagues and hospital staff, resolving urgent issues promptly and responding to unplanned events.

The working hours will be 7am to 7pm – Monday to Friday and split between a 07:00 – 15:00 & 11:00 – 19:00 shift pattern.
