The Role ​ Your focus will be to lead and inspire our Health and Social Care sales team, optimising processes to drive new business and growth. You will guide the team to deliver high-quality lead conversion, streamline customer interactions, and ensure seamless lead management. With your expertise in CRM systems, you will support internal stakeholders and contribute to our strategic growth. ​ Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Health and Social Care business goals. - Optimise lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion using CRM insights. - Manage and enhance CRM systems, ensuring accurate data capture and effective utilisation. - Analyse sales and CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and align sales with marketing activities. - Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve KPIs and foster a collaborative culture. - Ensure customer-focused sales execution, delivering prompt follow-ups and resolving inquiries. - Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to leadership. ​ The Benefits - 25 days holiday plus public and bank holidays - Purchase scheme for up to 5 additional days annual leave - Birthday and Christmas Eve off - Flexible working - Health Shield scheme - Life insurance - Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay - Sick pay - Bereavement leave - Employee Assistance Programme - £1,000 Employee referral bonus scheme About You ​ - Proven experience and demonstrable success in managing a sales team, with a focus on CRM systems. - Proficiency in CRM major tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent platforms. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional sales experiences. - Personal success as a target bearing salesperson, likely in a B2B environment. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
