The Role Your focus will be to lead and inspire our Health and Social Care sales team, optimising processes to drive new business and growth. You will guide the team to deliver high-quality lead conversion, streamline customer interactions, and ensure seamless lead management. With your expertise in CRM systems, you will support internal stakeholders and contribute to our strategic growth. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Health and Social Care business goals. - Optimise lead qualification, nurturing, and conversion using CRM insights. - Manage and enhance CRM systems, ensuring accurate data capture and effective utilisation. - Analyse sales and CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and align sales with marketing activities. - Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve KPIs and foster a collaborative culture. - Ensure customer-focused sales execution, delivering prompt follow-ups and resolving inquiries. - Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to leadership.
