We’re working with a highly established, fast-growing property group in South West London who are expanding their residential sales teams due to consistent internal promotions and high performance across the region.

💰 Year 1 OTE: £65,000+

🚀 Year 2 OTE: £100,000+

📍 Multiple locations across South West London

The role

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be at the centre of the sales process, driving deals forward from first enquiry through to completion.

You’ll be:

* Running property viewings and delivering real-time client feedback
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion
* Proactively generating new instructions and opportunities in your patch
* Building trusted relationships with buyers, vendors, and internal teams
* Acting as a key face of the business in your local market


What we’re looking for

* Proven experience in residential sales negotiation (essential)
* Confident communicator with strong closing ability
* Naturally competitive, target-driven, and commercially aware
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
* Knowledge of the London property market is beneficial but not essential
