The role
As a Sales Negotiator, youâll be at the centre of the sales process, driving deals forward from first enquiry through to completion.
Youâll be:
* Running property viewings and delivering real-time client feedback
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion
* Proactively generating new instructions and opportunities in your patch
* Building trusted relationships with buyers, vendors, and internal teams
* Acting as a key face of the business in your local market
What weâre looking for
* Proven experience in residential sales negotiation (essential)
* Confident communicator with strong closing ability
* Naturally competitive, target-driven, and commercially aware
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
* Knowledge of the London property market is beneficial but not essential
