I am excited to be partnering with our client in their search for a HR Advisor. This is an ideal role for a HR professional looking for breadth, autonomy and progression. This is a hands-on role where you’ll coach and upskill Managers both internally and across their client base.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work on the following:
* Guiding Managers through ER cases, putting employment law into practice
* Conducting investigations
* Leading on absence and performance issues
* Delivering training to Managers across all areas of HR
* Advising Managers in relation to organisational change / workforce planning
* Note taking and advising during HR meetings, producing outcome letters
* Supporting with the implementation of a variety of HR initiatives and people projects
* Updating and rolling out HR policies
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and can demonstrate credibility and professionalism.
