Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturing business for a Maintenance Excellence Manager. This is a senior engineering role focused on driving world‑class asset care, reliability, and continuous improvement across a high‑performing production site.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the Maintenance Excellence Roadmap
* Drive Reliability‑Centred Maintenance (RCM) and critical asset strategies
* Champion Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and top‑loss elimination
* Improve CMMS utilisation, maintenance planning, and inventory control
* Support Autonomous Maintenance, 5S, and standard routines
* Facilitate RCM workshops and embed best‑practice maintenance processes
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver cost‑effective, safe maintenance solutions
* Promote a strong safety‑first and continuous improvement culture
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing or FMCG
* Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g. SAP, Movex, Mainsaver)
* Expertise in RCA, FMECA, Lean, and reliability methodologies
* Excellent people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Passion for maintenance excellence and operational performance
