***Food & Drink Manufacturing / FMCG experience Needed***
4 on / 4 off shift pattern
* 2 x Days: 7:00am – 7:00pm
* 2 x Nights: 7:00pm – 7:00am

What You’ll Be Doing
As Shift Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your shift, leading teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve targets
* Ensure all operations are carried out safely and in line with hygiene and quality standards
* Deliver production plans while maximising efficiency and minimising waste
* Ensure production lines are set up correctly and operating to standard
* Delegate tasks effectively and manage team rotations
* Maintain accurate production records and compliance documentation
* Drive high standards of housekeeping and audit readiness
* Manage effective shift handovers to ensure smooth operations
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support lean activities
* Develop Team Leaders and build capability across the workforce
* Manage people processes including performance, appraisals, and disciplinaries
* Ensure efficient changeovers to reduce downtime
* Create a positive, high-performance team culture

* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational ability
