Field-Based Domestic Cleaner / Rubbish Removal Operative
Based in Milton Keynes – covering the South Midlands.
Full-time – 40 hours per week (guaranteed).
Company van and cleaning materials provided.
Are you reliable, hardworking, and take pride in a job well done? We’re looking for a Field-Based Cleaner / Rubbish Removal Operative to join our team, carrying out re-let cleans and property clearance services across the South Midlands region.
What You’ll Do
* Carry out end‑of‑tenancy / re‑let cleans to a high standard
* Complete rubbish and waste removals as required
* Perform quality check inventories of properties before and after cleaning
* Work independently or as part of a two‑person team
* Represent our company with professionalism and care at all times

What We’re Looking For
* Previous cleaning or property maintenance experience preferred (but not essential)
* A valid UK driving licence (required)
* Ability to work to deadlines and maintain excellent attention to detail
* Positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills
Salary: Competitive, with regular overtime available and incentive opportunities.
Base Location: Milton Keynes/Buckinghamshire – covering the South Midlands area.
