Unilabs is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our team, on a maternity-cover contract. As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
* Providing accurate and complete information to customers about our services, including pricing, availability, and turnaround times.
* Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
* Ensuring all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintaining customer records and updating the customer database as needed.
* Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
* Working closely with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
* Providing feedback and suggestions to management to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

* Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or challenging customers.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and databases.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
* Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

* Prior customer service experience in the healthcare or medical industry.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient computer skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Desirable:

* Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
* Experience with customer service software and databases.
* Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
