The Skills Youll Need: Logistics, stock control, SAP

Your New Salary: £17,700 pa.(Part time)
Location: Central London, 100% office-based role
Job status : 12-month FTC
Start date : ASAP
Working hours : 4.5 hours a day, Monday to Friday between 10am-2:30pm
Who Youll Be Working for: A well-known luxury brand.
E-Commerce LogisticsAdministrator - What Youll be Doing Each Day:
ECOM order management
To pick, pack and ship ECOM orders as required by the Maison
To ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when packing orders
Ensuring that the data in SAP matches what has physically been shipped to the client and that the physical stock matches SAP
To liaise with the Maisons ECOM team on a regular basis, both on email and over Teams, and keep on top of communication
ECOM stock management
To ensure that the stock physically matches what is shown in the system
To participate in inventories twice a year and investigate any discrepancies when they arise, notifying all relevant parties
Pick up & Delivery
To assist with pick up & delivery, a service where a shipping kit is sent to a client for them to return their repair.
This involves booking DHL shipments online, picking and packing the correct kit depending on the brand and ensuring shipments are processed accurately
E-Commerce LogisticsAdministrator - The Skills Youll Need to Succeed:
Logistics and stock management experience
Fast reaction and able to prioritise.
Open minded regarding projects and changes.
Computer literate, SAP experience a benefit.
Approachable with strong interpersonal skills
Reliable
Professional
Tolerant and flexible
Able to work under pressure
Efficient and organized with good time management skills
Customer focused
Can-do positive approach
Numerate
