The school operates across three sites and supports pupils with severe and complex needs, including autistic children, with the majority being non-verbal. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to students with severe and complex needs.
* Engage in manual handling and personal care as required.
* Adapt to different sites based on daily staffing needs.
* Collaborate with a team to create a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
* Experience in manual handling and personal care is essential.
* Must be open, proactive, resilient, and have a great sense of humour.
* Ability to receive and act on feedback to assess suitability.
* Flexibility to work across different sites as needed.
