Responsibilities
Provide an inclusive, stimulating environment that meets the diverse needs of every child and supports their overall development.
Implement and review effective procedures to monitor, assess, and enhance the quality of care and educational practice.
Promote clear, open, and professional communication with children, colleagues, parents, and carers.
Build and maintain supportive and collaborative working relationships within the staff team.
Ensure all nursery policies, procedures, and daily practices are fully aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Contribute to setting, monitoring, and reviewing individual staff objectives and professional development goals.
Take responsibility for leading a playroom and carry out additional managerial duties when necessary.
Oversee spending and ensure financial resources are managed in accordance with agreed budgets.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years
