Your Career
Are you passionate about cloud technology and looking to launch your career in IT operations and automation? We’re looking for a curious, enthusiastic junior engineer who wants to develop deep experience in cloud monitoring, automation, environment management and real-world SaaS operations to join our growing Cloud Operations team at MHR.
Your Team
As part of the Cloud Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the People First SaaS platform, a modern, microservices-based HR and payroll solution built in Azure and delivered to hundreds of customers.
Your Impact
In this role you will;
1. Monitor cloud-hosted environments and respond to real-time alerts
2. Carry out operational tasks like environment builds, tenant DB copies, and feature enablement
3. Assist with performance monitoring using Azure Monitor and App Insights
4. Contribute to automation scripts and tooling to streamline manual tasks
5. Learn from experienced senior engineers and be part of DR simulations and incident reviews
6. Support auditing, access control, and other governance activities
7. Help improve and document runbooks, processes, and dashboards

8. An interest in cloud technologies and platform operations
9. Some experience (university, personal projects or first job) in IT, cloud, or scripting
10. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
