From troubleshooting faults to supporting new installations, you’ll help maximise uptime, minimise disruption, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on plant manufacturing equipment * Program, test and debug PLC control systems * Troubleshoot and resolve issues on electrical, mechanical and robotic systems * Maintain and improve plant equipment, including compressors, boilers, fire systems, lighting and building infrastructure * Ensure maintenance areas and kept clean, safe and organised * Support the installation and commissioning new equipment * Champion health & safety best practices What we’re looking for: Essential: * Time-served apprentice or equivalent in mechanical/electrical engineering * Proven experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance (ideally within manufacturing) * Strong knowledge of PLC programming and robotic systems * Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Excellent communication skills * Calm, organised and resilient under pressure If would like to be part of a company that values craftmanship, innovation and continuous improvement we’d love to hear from you
